Treatment and care for menopausal syndrome:

(1) Give full understanding, sympathy and care to menopausal women, show concern and care about their lives, do everything possible to comfort them, eliminate their tension, understand the causes of menopausal symptoms, and make them realize that menopausal symptoms are not terrible.

(2) Improve your diet by eating more soy products, fresh vegetables and fruits, and less sugar and fatty foods, especially limiting the intake of animal fat and fatty meat. (5) If necessary, short-term use of diethylstilbestrol, 0.1-0.5 mg once a day, can temporarily improve symptoms, but it should not be used for a long time. It is better to use it intermittently for a short period of time, such as taking the medicine for one week, stopping for one week, taking it again for one week, and then stopping for another week. Suitable for female patients with more severe symptoms. At present, domestically produced estrogen patches have been widely used, with reported effectiveness of over 90% and minimal impact on the endometrium and breast.

(6) Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect, and Liuwei Dihuang Pills and Ganmai Decoction are commonly used.

(7) Insist on morning exercise, which may include Tai Chi, Qigong, Tai Chi sword, strong exercises, radio gymnastics, etc. In the morning, do chest expansion exercises, deep breathing exercises and running, etc. This is suitable for men with menopausal syndrome.

(8) Use moxa sticks to moxibustion the Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Neiguan and other acupoints once every night, and choose 1 to 2 acupoints on one side each time.

(9) Bibliographic therapy: Some people advocate that patients with menopausal syndrome read more books, especially the chapters in endocrinology related to menopausal syndrome, as well as read more magazines, novels, celebrity anecdotes, listen to more music, and participate in more collective cultural and sports activities. The purpose is to divert the patient's attention, subtly influence the patient, and gradually eliminate the symptoms.
