Do this 20 times a day, then switch legs and repeat the exercise.

4 Stand in the middle of the elastic band with your feet apart and hip-width apart, stretch your arms back and hold the two ends of the elastic band with each hand. Slightly lift your hips and half squat. Keep your back as straight as possible, keep your shoulder blades squeezed together, then slowly expand your chest, and then move your arms up and down. Do this 20 times.

5 Stand in a side lunge with your right leg slightly bent and your knee facing outward. At the same time, step on one end of the elastic band with your right foot. At the same time, spread your arms outward and hold the other side of the elastic band with your left arm. Then start practicing forward and backward with your left arm. Do this 30 times. Then repeat on the other side.
