2. Strengthen dietary conditioning, eat more soy products, fresh vegetables and fruits, maintain daily calories at around 2000kcal (8668kj), eat less sugar and fatty foods, and especially limit the intake of animal fat and fatty meat. If you have poor appetite and dislike greasy food, use red dates, longan and brown sugar and drink it with soup. You can also use red dates and red beans to make porridge and drink it for 10 to 14 days.

3. Keep taking vitamins, such as Gold Vita, 1 to 4 times a day, 1 tablet each time; vitamin B6, 3 times a day, 20 mg each time; vitamin E, 3 times a day, 50 to 100 mg each time.

4. Take appropriate amounts of GABA and diazepam to control symptoms such as palpitations and irritability.

5. Insist on morning exercises, which include Tai Chi, Qigong, Tai Chi sword, strong exercises, radio gymnastics, etc. Do chest expansion exercises, deep breathing exercises and running in the morning, which is suitable for people with male menopausal syndrome.

Everyone will experience menopause. Menopause is not scary. We should build up the confidence to overcome menopause and go through it healthily and happily. Children should learn more about the manifestations of menopause, understand the special symptoms of their parents' menopause, and take good care of their menopausal parents in terms of diet and daily life, so that the whole family will be happy.
