Many people often have this feeling: their palms are often hot, and when they are placed against the skin of other parts of the body, they will feel warm; some people have hot palms in summer and cold palms in winter; some people feel hot in their palms and soles of feet, and even feel irritable all the time and easily lose their temper. In traditional Chinese medicine, this is called "five-heart heat", which is common in kidney yin deficiency, qi and blood deficiency, and food accumulation. The first two are more common in women, and the latter is more common in children. Why are the soles of my feet always hot? How can I treat it?

Interferon plug (IFN), interleukin-6 (IL-6), etc. EP acts on specific immune nerve centers located in POAH, leading to the production of positive and negative regulatory substances. The latter can cause changes in the tuning specifications and ultimately lead to the generation of heat.

Fever itself is not a disease; In fact, it is one of the body's mechanisms for fighting infection. Fever may even have its uses: shortening illness time, increasing the effectiveness of antibiotics, and making infections less contagious. This ability should be able to offset the discomfort experienced when having a fever.

The diagnosis of the cause of fever of uncertain origin (FUO) is a global challenge, and the cause of nearly 10% of FUO cases cannot be determined from beginning to end. Fever itself can be caused by many types of diseases, such as infection, tumor, immune disease and blood disease, and it is difficult to clearly classify it. In the past, such patients were generally treated by internists, and in most hospitals with a narrow range of specialties, they were mainly treated by respiratory physicians. At present, many hospitals have established infectious disease departments and included FUO in the treatment of infectious diseases. This specialized management method is a development that can improve the level of treatment. FUO has a precise definition, which includes 3 key points: fever duration ≥ 3 weeks; blood temperature > 38.3℃ for multiple times; and it cannot be diagnosed after ≥ 1 week of detailed medical history collection, physical examination and basic laboratory tests. It can be seen that although FUO itself is a symptom diagnosis rather than a disease diagnosis, the diagnosis requirements are very strict.
