Can implantation occur if the endometrial thickness is 15mm?

We all know that a woman's body will undergo slight changes in the early stages of pregnancy, and sometimes a few tests can be used to determine whether she is pregnant. However, sometimes when the number of days is relatively small, the ultrasound cannot see the test tube embryo and cannot confirm whether it is a normal pregnancy. This requires female friends to pay attention to observe their own conditions. Is it possible to be pregnant with a uterine wall of 15mm?

Can I get pregnant if my uterine wall is 15mm?

The normal thickness of the uterine wall is 8-12mm. The endometrium thickens a few days before the menstrual period and is not less than 0.8cm during ovulation. There will be a chance of pregnancy. If it exceeds 1.4cm, it is impossible to get pregnant. If the endometrium is thickened and the menarche occurs within a week, it is considered normal. If it is abnormal, the possibility of endometritis should be considered. The pregnancy can be confirmed by checking the early pregnancy test paper one week after the menstruation is delayed.

Causes of endometrial thickness

1. The pathogenic factors of endometrial hyperplasia are not yet very clear, but the following conditions and facts show that long-term estrogen stimulation is its main pathogenic factor. In patients receiving postmenopausal estrogen replacement therapy, it was observed that 20% of women developed endometrial hyperplasia after using estrogen alone for one year.

2. Anovulation may occur in adolescent girls, menopausal women, or in cases of imbalance in a certain stage of the hypothalamus-pituitary-uterine-ovarian axis, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc. The uterine wall is continuously affected by estrogen for a long time, has no estrogen resistance, lacks regular metabolic changes, and is in a state of hyperplasia.

Everyone's physical condition is different, so everyone is different and you cannot judge yourself by others' standards. And a woman's uterus is very important. Sometimes a thick endometrium does not necessarily mean pregnancy. Further observation is needed. In the early stages of pregnancy, you need to pay attention to all aspects and learn to take good care of your body.
