Estradiol comparison chart for early pregnancy

Estradiol comparison chart for early pregnancy

After pregnancy, a woman's body will undergo some changes, and corresponding body indicators will also change accordingly. This is a very normal thing. In addition to checking the fetus, prenatal check-ups also check whether the pregnant woman's body can adapt to the pregnancy process. What about the early pregnancy estradiol chart? This is the question that will be explained in this article.

Early pregnancy estradiol table

1. The composition of estradiol is different in each stage of women's life. Generally speaking, before puberty, its composition is generally 0-121pmol/L; in the follicular phase, its composition is approximately between 37-331080mol/L; during the ovulation phase, it becomes 367-1835pmol/L and in the follicular phase, it turns into 184-881pmol/L.

2. The composition of estradiol will change at different stages of a woman's ovulation period. Generally, it is 48-521 picomoles/liter in the early ovulation period, 70-1835 picomoles/liter in the ovulation period, but it becomes 272-793 picomoles/liter in the middle and late ovulation period.

3. The amount of estradiol will vary throughout the pregnancy process. It will rise slightly during a normal pregnancy and drop sharply after the embryo is delivered. In early pregnancy it is generally 0-300ng/L, in mid-to-late pregnancy it is generally 1000-8000ng/L, and in mid-to-late pregnancy it is generally 5000-27000ng/L.

Is it important to check estradiol in early pregnancy?

1. Estrogen plays a very critical role in maintaining pregnancy. On the one hand, it plays an important role in the preparation of the uterine wall before the embryo is implanted in the test tube and in the maintenance of the follicular phase;

2. On the other hand, it promotes the production of progesterone and estrogen in the embryo, which helps to stabilize the extracellular fluid of the uterus and maintain the development trend of pregnancy. Estradiol is metabolized by the eggs in the uterus and ovaries, and can also be produced by the embryo in women three months after pregnancy.

3. The key function is to promote the changes of the uterine wall into the reproductive period and promote the growth and development of women's secondary sexual characteristics.
