Elemental medicine protects human health

Elemental medicine protects human health

1. The status of elemental medicine in medicine

There are many types of medicine. From the perspective of disease occurrence and development, it can be divided into preventive medicine, clinical medicine (therapeutic medicine), and rehabilitation medicine. The three are separated and interconnected, without overlap or transition. Natural medicine runs through the entire process and covers everything.

Natural medicine is an emerging interdisciplinary subject and the origin of various medical disciplines. Various medical disciplines are different manifestations of natural medicine in its later development process. Natural medicine has existed since ancient times and has a long history. Natural medicine has experienced about 600,000 years of inheritance and development. It has integrated the scientific content of modern medicine and formed its own system. It is no longer the original concept. It is an emerging interdisciplinary subject that promotes the development of related disciplines. It is not equal to simply borrowing knowledge from other disciplines or using related technologies of other disciplines as tools. Natural medicine is the organic integration of modern medicine and humanities, and the organic integration of science and humanities. Natural medicine advocates green and non-invasive methods to prevent and treat diseases, and leads the direction of maintaining health in the future.

Natural medicine has further developed into astronomical medicine, meteorological medicine, geographical medicine, geological medicine, elemental medicine, chronomedicine (rhythm medicine - human biological rhythms), holographic medicine, etc.

Human birth, aging, illness and death are all related to the balance of elements in the body, and elemental medicine came into being.

2. The Origin and Development of Elemental Medicine

All tangible substances in the world are composed of elements that are accumulated in an organic and orderly manner. Scientists learned through analyzing the solar spectrum that the sun is composed of 64 elements; analyzing the rock samples of the moon, they learned that the moon is composed of 66 elements; and there are 94 elements naturally existing on the earth. More than 1 million inorganic and organic compounds on the earth are composed of 94 naturally occurring elements. Humans are the product of nature and are also composed of elements, no exception. The human body has a material basis. Elements are the most basic units that make up the human body, and are organically composed of 90 different elements that have been detected so far. Different organs and tissues in the human body are enriched and distributed differently. There are 74 elements in serum, 48 in the brain, 50 in the liver, 49 in the heart, 35 in the hair, and 18 in the thymus.

Scientific research has proven that the abundance of elements in the earth's crust and seawater determines the abundance of elements in the human body, and the imbalance in the distribution of environmental elements is the root cause of human endemic diseases. Humans absorb nutrients from the environment through the food chain.

Plants use the macro element magnesium as the most basic and indispensable nutrient; while animals use trace elements as the most basic and indispensable nutrients. For example, zinc is the most basic and indispensable nutrient for snails and snails, vanadium is the most basic and indispensable nutrient for mollusks such as tunicates, squids and cuttlefish, copper is the most basic and indispensable nutrient for crustaceans such as shrimps and crabs, and iron is the most basic and indispensable nutrient for vertebrates (from silver pomfret to humans).

"Elements" are the only basic nutrients that cannot be synthesized by the body. According to statistics, 88% of the 36 elements that adults consume daily come from food. "Elements" are mainly consumed through people's "drinks" and "foods".

3. How does elemental medicine predict, prevent and treat diseases?

Elemental medicine is a medical science that focuses on elemental balance and studies human health, disease prevention and treatment at the atomic and molecular biology levels.

Common diseases, frequently occurring diseases, chronic diseases, endemic diseases, occupational diseases, and difficult and complicated diseases are nothing more than problems with metabolism and immunity, and all directly or indirectly involve elemental medicine.

The human body is like products produced on a precision assembly line. When the raw materials added each time (referring to the elements in the food eaten at each meal) are not kept at regular intervals, or the proportion of raw materials added each time (referring to the diversity of elements in food and the proportion between them) is inappropriate, the assembly line (referring to the human body's digestion and absorption) will produce unqualified products (referring to the structure and function of the human body).

The content of trace elements in hair is 10 to 1000 times that of blood. Hair is the external manifestation of blood conditions. By analyzing the element content in the patient's hair and comparing it with the normal norm of healthy people, it is possible to infer what disease the patient suffers from. This detection method requires a small amount of hair sample, which is easy to collect, store and transport. It is accurate, reliable, green and non-invasive to predict and prevent diseases. It is an early warning method that is earlier than the early diagnosis of physical examinations. Element analysis can also correct imaging diagnosis.

Based on the principles of elemental medicine, using all-natural food therapy, taking advantage of the greater or lesser content of a certain element in different foods, combined with the mutual promotion and restraint of foods, the synergy and antagonism between elements, taking into account both the element content in food and the role of organic active ingredients in food, food therapy is arranged according to the four levels of "monarch, minister, assistant, and messenger" to eliminate harmful elements from the body.

Use the method of regulating balance, for example: when element A is normal, the antagonistic element B is deficient and cannot be matched with element A. The antagonistic element B should be supplemented to match element A. Avoid adjusting the balance by reducing element A to match antagonistic element B, otherwise the balance achieved will be a pathological balance; when the antagonistic element B is normal, the element A is abundant and cannot be matched with antagonistic element B. The element A should be reduced to match antagonistic element B. Avoid adjusting the balance by supplementing antagonistic element B to match element A, otherwise the balance achieved will be a pathological balance; when the antagonistic element B and element A are both deficient but in pathological balance, the antagonistic element B and element A should be supplemented simultaneously to achieve a new normal balance; when the antagonistic element B and element A are both abnormal, the abundant should be reduced to supplement the deficient, and the antagonistic element B and element A should be adjusted to achieve a normal balance. It can cure diseases, prevent diseases and keep fit, and can cure both difficult and common diseases, chronic diseases and acute diseases.

The elements in the human body do not work alone, but work together and antagonize each other, which is very complicated. For example, if a certain element is deficient, you can eat more foods with high content of this element. You can also use the synergistic effect between elements, such as magnesium can promote the absorption of calcium, copper can promote the absorption of iron, iron can promote the absorption of fluorine, and nickel can promote the absorption of trivalent iron. If the content of a certain element in the body is too high, in addition to eating less food with high content of the element within a certain period of time, you can also take advantage of the antagonistic characteristics of the elements: eat more foods high in zinc or iron to antagonize the reduction of magnesium, eat more foods high in iron to antagonize the reduction of manganese, cobalt, and chromium, reduce the toxicity of vanadium, cadmium, and lead, eat more foods high in manganese to antagonize the reduction of zinc and selenium, and reduce the toxic effects of nickel, eat more foods high in manganese and calcium to antagonize the reduction of iron and cadmium, eat more foods high in zinc to antagonize the reduction of copper, selenium, chromium, cadmium, mercury, lead, and aluminum, eat more foods high in copper to antagonize the reduction of zinc, selenium, iodine, molybdenum, and cadmium, eat more foods high in silicon to antagonize the reduction of aluminum, eat more foods high in silicon and tungsten to antagonize the reduction of molybdenum, eat more foods high in selenium, manganese, calcium, and magnesium to antagonize the reduction of nickel, and eat more foods high in selenium, manganese, zinc, and calcium to antagonize the reduction of cadmium. Selenium can antagonize or reduce the toxicity of toxic metal elements such as lead, arsenic, nickel, cadmium, and mercury.

In addition, copper deficiency can lead to iron deficiency, eating more foods high in lead will lead to increased manganese content, eating more foods high in aluminum will lead to increased lead content, antagonizing and reducing calcium, zinc, and fluoride, and eating more foods high in nickel will antagonize and reduce divalent iron and copper.

For common minor illnesses, you can't use a butcher knife to kill a chicken. Diet is more important than medicine in health care and treatment. There is a saying in the ancient famous medical books, "As a doctor, you should have a deep understanding of the source of the disease, know what the patient has done wrong, and treat it with food. If food therapy does not work, then prescribe medicine." Diet is an important means of preventing and treating diseases. Food and medicine both have the function of treating diseases, but people eat food every day and have a closer relationship with people than medicine. Three parts of medicine, seven parts of conditioning. Conditioning can play a role in nutrition and prevention and treatment, and there are no adverse reactions. See a chef first for minor illnesses.

To treat common minor ailments, we use the progressive treatment intensity method of diet, diet therapy, medicated diet, and medication. In other words, if it can be cured by medicated diet, there is no need to take medication; if it can be cured by diet therapy, there is no need to use medicated diet; if it can be solved by diet, there is no need to use diet therapy.
