To stay away from the harm of tobacco, we must do the following:

1. Be determined not to smoke the first cigarette. Smoking may harm others and yourself.

2. If you already smoke, tell yourself: You must quit smoking! Smoking is an addictive and disease behavior. The key to quitting smoking is the determination and perseverance of the smoker himself, which is a severe test.

3. If it is difficult to quit smoking in a short period of time, control the amount of smoking to less than 5 cigarettes per day.

4. Do not smoke in public places, do not offer cigarettes, and do not accept cigarettes. Set rules for yourself and ask family and friends to supervise you. Accept punishment for violations.

5. Avoid second-hand and third-hand smoke. The smoke produced by smoking causes the PM2.5 to rise, which can reach over 8,000 in a closed space, exceeding the severe pollution standard, and takes a long time to dissipate, which harms others and yourself. Therefore, please consciously resist tobacco and be a civilized person.
