What should I do if I have yellow vaginal discharge during my 2nd month of pregnancy?

An appropriate customized treatment plan is formulated based on comprehensive considerations such as clinical installment, patient age, fertility requirements, general condition, medical technical capabilities and equipment standards. A comprehensive treatment plan with surgery and chemoradiotherapy as the main treatment and radiotherapy as the auxiliary treatment is selected.

1. Surgery

Surgery is mainly used for patients with early-stage cervical cancer.

Common surgeries include: total hysterectomy; sub-common total hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection; common total hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection; para-aortic lymph node removal or sampling. Young patients with normal uterus and ovaries can be preserved. For young patients who need to preserve fertility, cervical conization or radical cervical excision is feasible in the early stage. Different surgeries are performed according to the different installment plans of the patients.

2. Radiotherapy for tumors

Applicable to: patients with mid-to-late stage blood pressure; early stage patients whose blood systemic condition is not suitable for surgery; supplementary preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical mass disease; auxiliary treatment for patients with high-risk factors found in pathological examination after weight-bearing surgery.

3. Radiotherapy

It is mainly used for patients with advanced stage or metastatic disease. In recent years, surgery has been used in combination with preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy (intravenous or aortic radiotherapy) to shrink tumor disease and control subclinical metastasis, and chemoradiotherapy sensitization has also been used. Common chemotherapy drugs include cisplatin, carboplatin, docetaxel, bleomycin, ifosfamide, fluorouracil, etc.

According to the above content, we can deal with our diseases as soon as possible, so that we can live a healthier life, and at the same time save a large part of daily living expenses. I hope everyone can live a healthy and happy life!
