Woman feels flustered and weak

Palpitation, chest tightness, and weakness in the limbs are common symptoms for everyone, and many patients feel depressed and anxious. Sometimes palpitations, chest tightness, and general weakness may be caused by poor rest, smoking, drinking too much tea or coffee, poor sleep, etc., and can be alleviated by more rest without treatment. If the symptoms persist for a long time and are accompanied by symptoms such as shortness of breath, it is necessary to consider that organic heart disease may be the cause. So why do women feel palpitations, weak legs, and general weakness?

First of all, palpitations and chest tightness may also be one of the symptoms of coronary heart disease.

Coronary heart disease is an organic heart disease, mainly cerebral ischemic heart disease caused by coronary atherosclerosis. Patients with coronary heart disease are under the threat of myocardial ischemia and necrosis at any time and place. In mild cases, they may experience symptoms such as palpitations, chest tightness, and general weakness. In severe cases, they may suffer from angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and even sudden death.

Secondly, myocardial ischemia is one of the key reasons that cause patients to feel palpitations, chest tightness, and general weakness.

The function of the heart is greatly affected, with weak heartbeat, feeling dizzy, a significant decrease in systemic venous pressure, and weakness in the limbs. The coronary artery is the main artery supplying the heart with blood. Coronary artery stenosis or spasm can easily lead to myocardial ischemia.

Eventually, patients with viral myocarditis will also experience symptoms such as palpitations, chest tightness, and general weakness.

This is mostly due to myocarditis causing ventricular hypertrophy and heart function damage. Especially for patients with heart failure, their symptoms are particularly obvious. At this time, it can be relieved by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, improving heart nutrition, and controlling blood pressure.

When you experience shortness of breath occasionally, it may simply be due to poor sleep quality or smoking and tea drinking, and it usually disappears after you get enough rest. In daily life, we should maintain a happy mood, be cheerful and cheerful, increase physical exercise, and be calm and at ease, which is beneficial to our health.
