A brief introduction to 8 basic healthy behaviors

Healthy behaviors and lifestyles are mainly reflected in the following eight aspects.

Develop good general hygiene habits

Wash hands before meals, after defecation and before eating, do not eat raw meat, do not drink raw water, brush your teeth in the morning and evening, rinse your mouth after meals and after eating, do not spit, cut your nails frequently, take a bath frequently, bring your own towel when getting a haircut, wash fruits before eating, open windows frequently for ventilation, etc.

Active rest

Get enough sleep: 6-8 hours per night, 0.5-1 hour per night, and maintain a good sleeping environment.

Quit smoking, limit alcohol consumption, and refuse other bad habits

Smoking is harmful in every way and has no benefits, so you must quit. The safe amount of alcohol is 1 liang of liquor, 2 liang of wine, or 6 liang of beer per day; refuse drugs and addictive drugs; sexual behavior must be moral and legal.

Injury Prevention

Obey traffic rules when driving or walking, avoid driving after drinking, wear seat belts, and learn common sense about avoiding risks such as earthquakes, floods, and fires.

Rational use of health services

We should learn to identify the severity of diseases and follow the doctor's advice when seeing a doctor or receiving treatment. We should avoid excessive medical treatment (taking more medicine, more infusions, unnecessary treatment measures, etc.).

Psychological balance
