1. Diet adjustment:

1. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine: emphasize the regulation of the balance of yin and yang and the functions of the five internal organs of the human body by food. You can choose to adjust your diet according to your own physical condition and seasonal characteristics, such as eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, taking appropriate amounts of medicinal food, and avoiding overeating and overly spicy food. 2. From the perspective of Western medicine: focus on balanced nutrition, ensuring adequate intake of protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins and minerals. Avoid foods high in sugar, salt and fat, and reasonably control the cooking method, such as choosing healthy cooking methods such as frying, steaming and stewing.

2. Moderate exercise:

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine: Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the theory of preventing disease before it occurs, and believes that the precursor signs of disease diagnosis often appear before the disease occurs. It is recommended to pay attention to your own health and have regular physical examinations, avoid diseases and detect and correct potential health problems as early as possible.

Pay attention to monitoring blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids and other indicators on a daily basis, and carry out necessary treatment and conditioning according to the doctor's advice.
