During the childbearing period, threatened abortion, as one of the more common pregnancy problems for pregnant women, often affects and harms the smooth progress of their pregnancy. At the same time, related problems will also cause pregnant women to be in a highly nervous state, which is also not conducive to the protection of their health. Based on this, in recent years, with the continuous development and deepening of nursing research, a large number of obstetrics and gynecology nurses have sorted out and summarized the preventive measures for threatened abortion, hoping to further achieve a scientific response to related issues. 1. Interpretation of threatened abortion Threatened abortion refers to vaginal bleeding before 28 weeks of pregnancy, followed by paroxysmal back pain and abdominal pain. In the early stages of threatened abortion, pelvic examination shows that the cervix of the pregnant woman is not dilated and the fetal membranes are intact. If timely and reasonable intervention is not carried out, it may eventually develop into an inevitable miscarriage, which will pose a great safety hazard to the advancement of pregnancy and the health of mother and baby. From a prognostic point of view, during the threatened abortion stage, the more bleeding a pregnant woman suffers, the higher the risk of miscarriage. Even if the fetus is successfully preserved, it will lead to an increase in the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, which is not conducive to the reasonable protection of maternal and child health. 2. Prevention of threatened abortion 1. Actively carry out pre-pregnancy check-ups During pregnancy, the physical condition of pregnant women may continue to change as the fetus grows. Therefore, in order to effectively prevent threatened abortion, nurses recommend that pregnant women actively participate in and fully cooperate with prenatal examinations during pregnancy and ensure regular prenatal examinations. Practice has shown that prenatal examinations can help pregnant women understand their own health conditions based on the examination results. At the same time, in the process of interpreting the relevant results, nurses can promptly identify potential safety hazards of pregnant women and formulate nursing measures, which is of great auxiliary significance for the scientific prevention of threatened abortion. 2. Proper treatment of underlying diseases During pregnancy, due to the influence of the development of the new fetus, the functions of various systems of the pregnant woman's body will change to a certain extent. Based on this, pregnant women may have a series of problems such as pregnancy-induced hypertension and gestational diabetes. These diseases will affect the health of pregnant women and increase the risk of threatened abortion. In order to fully prevent threatened abortion, nurses should guide pregnant women to systematically treat their chronic diseases with a positive attitude, so as to effectively reduce the harm of diseases to physical and mental health. 3. Develop scientific exercise habits From the perspective of nursing work, in order to effectively improve the prevention of threatened abortion, nurses should actively provide scientific guidance to pregnant women and help them develop physical exercise habits during pregnancy according to their own conditions. Pregnant women are advised to mainly do light exercises such as Tai Chi, pregnancy yoga and walking, so as to achieve reasonable control of pregnancy health on the basis of strengthening their own physical fitness. It is important to note that pregnant women should exercise moderately, to the extent that they can tolerate it and do not feel tired. 4. Adjusting the lifestyle of pregnant women In order to further achieve reasonable prevention of threatened abortion, pregnant women are advised to stay in bed more during pregnancy and make reasonable adjustments to their lifestyle. Nurses should also make scientific adjustments to their work and rest habits in a timely manner to ensure adequate sleep of at least 8 hours a day. At the same time, pregnant women are advised to develop regular work and rest habits, go to bed early and get up early, and avoid staying up late. 5. Regulating the daily diet of pregnant women In terms of diet, it is necessary to timely standardize and change eating habits and scientifically match ingredients to effectively supplement the nutrients needed by the body. In terms of food selection, pregnant women should be encouraged to use more ingredients rich in protein, fiber and vitamins, and avoid eating irritating foods such as raw, cold and spicy foods. Practice has shown that timely standardization of diet can help pregnant women reasonably ingest the nutrients needed by the body, which is of great significance for the reasonable maintenance of pregnant women's health. Nurses can also care for pregnant women to eat small meals frequently, thereby effectively improving the metabolism of substances in the body and reducing the burden of diet on the digestive system. It has a certain auxiliary role in the reasonable protection of pregnant women's health and the achievement of the goal of preventing threatened abortion. In summary, in order to further achieve scientific prevention of threatened abortion during obstetrics and gynecology nursing, nurses should actively strengthen communication and exchanges with pregnant women during nursing, and systematically explain and popularize the prevention methods of threatened abortion based on their own experience, so as to guide pregnant women to have a deeper understanding of threatened abortion and its prevention methods. I believe that with the unremitting exploration of nurses, the nursing plan for threatened abortion prevention can be further improved, thereby effectively improving the overall quality of obstetrics and gynecology nursing work and helping more pregnant women to complete their pregnancies smoothly and safely.
