Sugar is everywhere in our lives, but people always say that eating sugar is bad for teeth. So how does sugar work on our teeth? How can we eat sweets in a healthy way? At the same time, how can we protect our oral health? This work will elaborate on four aspects: the classification of dietary sugar, the impact of sugar on teeth, a small class on edible sugar, and small tips for dental care. This will deepen our understanding of sugar, solve our troubles when facing sweet temptations in daily life, and help us establish a healthy dietary pattern, which is important for us to prevent the occurrence of oral diseases and control the development of oral diseases.
