Rest : If you feel palpitations during exercise or work, you should stop and rest immediately. 2. Deep breathing : Deep breathing can relieve tension and anxiety, thereby relieving panic. 3. Press and rub the Neiguan acupoint : Put your index finger and middle finger together, and press and rub the Neiguan acupoint 40-60 times to relieve panic.
