1. Eating some gas-producing foods. For example, sweet potatoes, onions, cabbage, beans and other soy products.

2. It may be some intestinal diseases, which may also cause abdominal pain, bloating, and flatulence.

3. When eating, chew slowly to avoid swallowing too much air at the same time.

How to improve farting during breastfeeding

1. Eat less gas-producing foods, such as sweet potatoes or beans.

2. Develop the habit of normal bowel movements. You should go to the toilet when you feel the urge to do so, and you cannot hold it in.

3. Eat more foods rich in fiber.

4. You have to fart when you need to, otherwise you will often get bloated due to too much gas in your abdomen, which is also very painful.

5. Avoid eating soy products. You can drink more dairy products to regulate intestinal flora.

What not to eat during breastfeeding

1. Foods with a lot of MSG

In daily diet, mothers should be careful not to eat foods containing a lot of MSG, because after eating, mothers still have to breastfeed their babies. If babies consume too much MSG, their development will be affected. Especially babies under 1 year old are prone to symptoms such as growth retardation.

2. Foods high in salt

You should also eat less foods with high salt content. It is best to eat a low-sodium diet, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and eat less pickled fish.

3. Fried foods

Fried foods are not only easy to cause getting angry, but also difficult to digest. It is best for breastfeeding mothers to eat less of them, or abstain from them if possible.

4. Spicy food

It is best for mothers not to eat spicy and irritating foods, such as chili peppers, garlic, etc., as they will enter the baby's body through breast milk and affect the baby's health.
