World Sleep Day | It is better to sleep well than to go to bed early

One third of our life is spent sleeping. The quality of sleep directly affects our health.

Adults sleep for 6 to 9 hours, and the elderly sleep less than 6 hours, but they sleep several times a day.

The quality of sleep is not just a matter of duration, but also related to the depth of sleep and whether the sleep time period is reasonable.

Going to bed before 10pm or after midnight increases the risk of cardiovascular disease and even death.

Pay attention to your diet and don’t eat too much or too little before going to bed. Stay relaxed, improve your sleeping environment, and change to a suitable sleeping position.
