Some people even experience symptoms such as nausea, anorexia, dizziness, and anxiety.

Doctors say that post-holiday syndrome is actually a psychosomatic syndrome. Patients experience a big psychological gap before and after the holidays, and their work and rest schedules and diet structure change. In addition, the pressure from work or study leads to anxiety and insomnia. Post-holiday sleepiness is actually a manifestation of decreased attention and reaction speed. Patients can usually adjust themselves in a short period of time.

During the Spring Festival, people usually eat a lot of meat and fish. These days, you can eat some light food rich in fiber and vitamins to relieve the pressure on your stomach.

If you feel tired when returning to work after the holidays, you can take a short nap during your lunch break. Studies have shown that resting for 20 minutes 8 hours after getting up can relieve fatigue more than sleeping for 20 minutes more in the morning.

You can also do some simple exercises during the break to help restore your vitality. In addition to exercise, you can also be in a daze for a few minutes. Proper daze can make our attention more focused and reduce the risk of anxiety and depression.
