The ratio of women to men suffering from this disease is about 6:1, and the lesions involve the wrist joints. Tenosynovitis of the long head of the biceps brachii is common in people over 40 years old. It is more common in people who have shoulder trauma, excessive activity or are susceptible to cold. Its symptoms mainly include shoulder pain and limited joint movement. To prevent tenosynovitis, you can try the following methods: when doing housework, try to use warm water to wash items, pay attention to the allocation of time, avoid excessive movement of fingers and wrists, and lift heavy objects less; pay attention to the correct posture when working, try to keep your wrists in contact with objects instead of hanging in the air; choose a mobile phone of appropriate size.
