Overall, the lower the Internet penetration rate in a country, the higher the proportion of young Internet users who only use mobile phones to access the Internet.

In Indonesia, where Internet penetration is less than 25%, 6 out of 10 young Internet users only use mobile phones to access the Internet (aged 16 to 24). On the contrary, in some countries with higher Internet penetration, such as Canada and Japan, the proportion of young people who only use mobile phones to access the Internet is also the lowest.
