You should execute it first and stick to it. For example, if I want to change my body shape, then I should lift weights, do aerobics, and strength training will be more suitable for you. As you gradually make progress in the fitness process and gradually become more familiar with your body, then when you see the progress, you will not give up so easily.

In the early stages of fitness, being too eclectic is one of the reasons why you fail to achieve obvious results and give up.

Tip 2: Master your training volume and intensity

Many people fail to stick to fitness because they are too eager for quick results. They always want to train more days a week and do more exercises at a time, for fear that the stimulation is not enough, and their weight loss and muscle gain will be slow.

What you need to know is that it is not recommended for beginners to do too much training. If you make yourself sweat and tired like a dog during one training session, the muscle soreness the next day will greatly increase your desire to give up.

Too much training intensity and volume will lead to insufficient recovery, affect your mentality, and even bring the risk of sports injuries.

Regarding training frequency, training intensity and training volume, you need to restrict each other, so that one increases while the other decreases. For example: if the training frequency is high this week, then the intensity can be slightly reduced, and vice versa.
