Not long ago, a small phenomenon emerged close to home: people were connected through landmark services and public networks in virtual space.

In August 2010, JESS3 took a giant step forward in mapping social networks with the introduction of The Geosocial Universe infographic, which for the first time mapped this new world. Now, as society changes rapidly, JESS3 has launched the third version of the Geosocial Universe, which tabulates data on active users of various social networks over the last month, while also indicating the percentage of users who access each network using mobile devices.
