Photoebucket&TNS: Research shows that mobile image/mobile video sharing is accelerating

Although Photobucket has 100 million registered members, the site's users are mostly digital experts, and their mobile usage rate is higher than that of ordinary users. However, the development of mobile video is indeed unquestionable.

Data from TNS shows that 46% of mobile phone users use their cameras, up 2 percentage points from 2010, and the proportion of uploading pictures or photos to mobile websites has also increased by 2%.

Social media plays an important role in mobile video sharing. According to TNS, 38% of mobile social media users upload pictures or videos to social media on their mobile phones, and 21% express interest in social sharing.

Although users vary across platforms, uploading photos and videos is a growing social activity that will only increase as smartphones become more ubiquitous.
