Twitter users ask all kinds of questions every day, with an average of 102,322 questions asked every day in April. The largest type of these questions is about product recommendations and advice ( 13% ), which means that more and more people are using social networks before shopping to seek product recommendations and advice from friends or other people. More and more people no longer believe in the one-sided words of corporate advertisements, which is also the basis for the rapid popularity of social e-commerce.

We can see that the third place is still demand suggestions, but they are local suggestions (local suggestions 11%) . This also verifies the trend of solomo. More and more users will use Twitter or other LBS services to ask questions about local consumption when they are out, such as transportation, restaurants, shopping mall discounts and other information.

About 66% of the questions are business-related , so many answers to questions come from merchants who have no followers. However, the vast majority of tiwtter users do not mind answers from merchants as long as their answers are not promoting their products but helping them solve real problems.
