Except for the fourth section "Rub the Nose to Open the Orifices", which uses the breathing method of inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose, all other exercises use the breathing method of inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth, and try to breathe deeply, long, and evenly.

The practice position is usually standing, and the first to sixth sections can also be flexibly selected to sit or lie on your back according to the practitioner's physical condition. When practicing, if you pay attention to the stimulation of relevant acupoints, and achieve balanced nutrition, moderate exercise, and adequate sleep, the effect will be better.
