Blood donation registration

Bring your valid ID card to register for blood donation. Fill out the "Blood Donor Informed Consent and Health Status Inquiry Form" under the guidance of medical staff. Physical examination

According to the "Health Examination Requirements for Blood Donors", doctors will conduct general examinations on blood donors, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, body temperature, etc., in order to understand whether your current health condition is suitable for blood donation. Blood tests
