Impact on the lumbar spine: If you keep the habit of crossing your legs for a long time, it will seriously aggravate and cause diseases such as lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis, and lumbar muscle strain. The influence of this bad daily habit cannot be ignored.

Impact on the pelvis: Crossing your legs can cause excessive twisting and stretching of the muscles around the pelvis, putting the pelvis in an unbalanced state. Long-term imbalance and uneven force can destroy the stability of the spine, leading to low back pain and neck pain.

It is easy to cause O-shaped or X-shaped legs: when crossing your legs, the raised leg will shift inward due to uneven force, causing wear and tear on the knee joint. The leg that uses more strength will become deformed due to long-term twisting. The lack of blood circulation will make it easier for thigh fat to accumulate, resulting in O-shaped legs, X-shaped legs, or even longer and shorter legs.
