How long does it take for the placenta to age?

Because many mothers are giving birth for the first time, they have great doubts about many issues during the childbirth process. For example, problems with embryos, etc. Then the editor will lead everyone to understand the problems about embryos. How long will it take for the embryo to become mature at level 2 plus? I hope to provide some help to all mothers when giving birth.

How long does it take for the embryo to become fragile?

If the embryo is grade 2, it means that the embryo is now mature. Color Doppler ultrasound can check the condition of the embryo and grade the placenta. Under normal circumstances, grade 1 placenta function is good, grade 2 embryo performance is perfect, and grade 3 embryo performance is brittle. However, neither placental maturity nor brittleness can determine when the baby will be born. When you really want to give birth, spotting during pregnancy is the precursor to delivery. In addition, there must be periodic uterine contractions and the dilation of the cervix. Pay attention to the fetal condition at ordinary times, and seek medical treatment in the hospital immediately if there are any signs of emergency.

Placental maturity classification:

1. Grade 0 embryo: The plush board is a bright straight line, and the substance is uniform and fine particles, and the base material cannot be seen. It usually appears before 28 weeks of pregnancy.

2. Grade 1 embryo: The fluffy plate is a slightly undulating bright line, the embryo's essential particles are slightly coarse, the echo is slightly strong, the dermis has not yet appeared, and the pregnancy week is usually 29-36 weeks.

3. Grade 2 embryo: The villous plate is notched and extends to the embryonic epithelium but does not reach the dermis. The embryonic epithelium granules become wider and show a strong short columnar echo. The dermis may show irregular and strong strip echoes, which are parallel to the muscle wall. The gestational age is usually between 36 and 40 weeks.

4. Grade 3 embryo: The villous notch has reached the dermis, and several strong echogenic rings appear in the embryonic core, with anechoic pools inside, and sometimes calcifications with increased reflectivity can be seen.
