Are test-tube babies healthy? Scientific care nurtures healthy life

In vitro fertilization has fulfilled the wishes of many women who are unable to conceive. Today's IVF technology is very advanced. Children born through IVF are all very healthy and no different from normal children. The important thing is to take good care before and after IVF.

1. Are test-tube babies healthy?

There is evidence to prove this. The world's first test-tube baby was born in 1978, a girl named Louise, who is now married and conceiving naturally. There are tens of millions of test-tube babies in the world now. Test-tube babies are a special group, so most of the test-tube babies in the world have their growth tracked. The results show that there is no difference between them and naturally conceived babies in terms of physique, intelligence, birth defects, etc.

2. Nursing of IVF

Before egg retrieval:

1. When you start to get the injections during the cycle, eating more high-protein foods will help the follicles grow well, such as: milk, soybeans, fish, shrimp, eggs; beef, mutton, pork, and dog meat.

2. Soak your feet every day. The method is: the water temperature should be about 41-42 degrees, the water should cover the calves, and the time should be about 30 minutes. Soak until you sweat, until the night before the transplant, and also during the menstrual period.

3. Start drinking maternal milk powder one month before the transplant. Drink 4-5 red dates water every day.

4. Drink soy milk every day, it can promote the growth of endometrium.

You cannot eat black fungus and leeks when doing in vitro fertilization, as they may cause miscarriage.

After the transplant, you cannot eat foods that promote blood circulation, such as hawthorn, almonds, and longan. Don't eat rapeseed, as it will cause the embryo to shrink. Can't eat papaya and banana. Don't eat foods that are too salty or too sweet. Avoid spicy food. It is recommended that sisters who are undergoing ovulation induction eat more deep-sea fish, shrimp, sea cucumbers, drink more crucian carp soup, eat more durian, and eat more nuts after transplantation, which are conducive to embryo implantation.

After egg retrieval:

1. In order to prevent ascites, you should drink diuretic drinks such as milk, orange juice (preferably pure orange juice), watermelon, etc. (people who have a large number of eggs should keep their daily urine volume at around 2000ml), eat easily digestible foods, noodle soup, porridge, vegetarian stuffed buns, etc., to prevent dry stools and excessive abdominal force that may damage the ovaries.

2. Do not drink alcoholic beverages and do not use painkillers or analgesics.
