From 0:00 to 24:00 on November 30, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 91 new local confirmed cases of COVID-19 (all in Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia); 2 new local asymptomatic infections (both in Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia).

From 0:00 to 24:00 on November 30, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reported no new suspected cases, 91 new local confirmed cases (72 in Manzhouli City, Hulunbuir, and 19 in Zhalainuoer District), and 2 new local asymptomatic infections (both in Xinbaerhu Right Banner, Hulunbuir City). The details of the new local confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections are as follows:

Case details

Confirmed cases 1 to 62: All tested positive in the city-wide nucleic acid testing screening in Manzhouli. After consultation by an expert group, they were diagnosed as confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia.

Confirmed cases 63 to 79: All tested positive for nucleic acid in Manzhouli City during centralized isolation. After consultation by an expert group, they were diagnosed as confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia.

Confirmed cases 80 to 89: All tested positive in the nucleic acid testing screening of key personnel in Manzhouli City. After consultation by an expert group, they were diagnosed as confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia.

Confirmed case 90: The patient tested positive in the nucleic acid test screening of people hospitalized in the hospital in Manzhouli City. After consultation by an expert group, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronavirus pneumonia.

Confirmed case 91: The patient tested positive for nucleic acid in the medical treatment screening in Manzhouli City. After consultation by an expert group, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronavirus pneumonia.

Asymptomatic infected persons 1 and 2: They had been to Manzhouli City on November 20, and tested positive through active nucleic acid testing screening. After re-examination, they were diagnosed as asymptomatic infected persons with new coronavirus pneumonia after consultation by an expert group.

As of 24:00 on November 30, there were 132 locally confirmed cases in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (including 98 cases in Manzhouli City, Hulunbuir, and 32 cases in Zhalainuoer District; 2 confirmed cases related to Manzhouli City, in Horqin District, Tongliao City), and 2 asymptomatic infections (both in Xinbarhu Right Banner, Hulunbuir City).

Erenhot, Inner Mongolia suspends import of raw materials, production, processing and transportation logistics

Erenhot City, Inner Mongolia, issued an announcement to further strengthen port control measures:

From 00:00 on December 1, the production, processing, transportation and logistics of imported minerals, boards, logs, pulp, fertilizers, grains, fluff, sawdust and other raw materials will be suspended in the jurisdiction of Erenhot City.

Since the resumption of work and production on November 20, all employees who have been engaged in the loading and unloading, transshipment, processing, packaging and other operations of imported goods are requested to take the initiative and conduct nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner on the basis of taking good personal protection measures from now on.
