Prevent COVID-19 and improve your baby's immunity—Practice family health massage

Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, children have poor resistance and are easily infected. Therefore, how to protect children has become the most concerned issue for parents.

1. Open Tianmen and push Kan Palace 100 times each

Location: Tianmen: A straight line from between the eyebrows (Yintang acupoint) to the front hairline

Procedure: Use your two thumbs to push alternately, from the center of the child's eyebrows straight up to the front hairline, and repeat 100 times.

2. Push Kan Palace 100 times

Kan Palace: On the upper edge of the eyebrow arch, a horizontal line from the center of the forehead to the tip of the eyebrow

Procedure: Use your two thumbs to push from the center of your brow to both sides (i.e. form a horizontal line from the beginning of your eyebrows to the end of your eyebrows), and do this 100 times.

3. Replenish the spleen meridian 300 times

Location: Threaded surface of the distal segment of the thumb.

Operation: Turn the thumb screw clockwise.

4. Nourish the Lung Meridian 300 times

Location: the thread surface of the distal segment of the ring finger.

Operation: Push the thread surface of the ring finger clockwise.

5. Tonify the Kidney Meridian 100-300 times

Location: thread surface of the distal phalanx of the little finger.

Operation: Rotate the thread surface of the distal segment of the little finger clockwise.

6. Massage the abdomen clockwise for 1 minute

Position: Centered on the navel, to the edges on both sides.

Procedure: Use the base of your palm to massage in a clockwise direction with your navel as the center.

7. Press and rub Zusanli 50 to 100 times

Location: Three inches below the outer kneecap, about one finger width on the outer side of the femur.

Operation: Gently massage with your thumb.

8. Knead the spine 3 to 5 times

Location: Back, starting from the depression below the coccyx at the lower back and working upwards.

How to do it: Make a fist with the middle finger, ring finger and little finger of both hands, with the palm facing up, the index finger half-bent, the thumb straightened and pointed at the front half of the index finger, and each finger should be natural. Start from the lumbar sacral area from bottom to top, pinch and lift the skin on both sides of the spine, twist and push with both hands alternately, and squeeze from bottom to top, tighten and loosen.
