Why is high myopia more dangerous?

Among them, laser myopia surgery can correct myopia of 1200 degrees, and ICL lens implantation can correct myopia of 1800 degrees and astigmatism of 600 degrees.

Therefore, patients with high myopia who have been determined to have no surgical contraindications through preoperative examinations can correct their vision by undergoing myopia surgery and choosing the appropriate surgical method. They do not need to worry about anything different because they have high myopia.

However, patients with high myopia should be aware that, at present, no matter what kind of myopia correction method is used, including myopia surgery, it only corrects vision rather than cures myopia. Therefore, whether or not you have myopia surgery, the risk of complications caused by high myopia will not increase or decrease.
