Mifepristone is required for painless abortion

Mifepristone, an ethynyl ketone compound, also known as the "abortion pill", can stop the early stages of pregnancy and achieve the purpose of miscarriage. It is currently used in clinical medicine as a common abortion drug. So, why do you need to take mifepristone before painless abortion? Let's take a detailed look at this issue below.

Mifepristone was introduced into my country in 1986 through clinical research. In 1992, mifepristone was used in clinical medicine as an abortion drug in China. According to the basic regulations of medical abortion in our country, women can undergo medical abortion after examination during the pregnancy period, and after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy and the number of weeks of pregnancy, as well as screening and treatment of infections. Mifepristone has been widely used in my country to terminate pregnancy for 13 years. Currently, it has been used by more than 15,000 people in my country without any side effects. A systematic evaluation of the safety of mifepristone medical abortion by a Chinese expert nursing research method found no reports of serious infection in more than 100 published references, proving that mifepristone medical abortion is safe in China.

According to regulations: Mifepristone must be used in designated medical institutions with special diagnosis and treatment standards. Unauthorized use of Mifei is likely to cause internal bleeding, infection, and even lifelong infertility and other accidents. Most people who use Mifepristone without authorization buy early pregnancy test kits for self-examination, but a positive result from the early pregnancy test kits on the market does not necessarily mean that you are pregnant. In addition to a positive result, there is also the possibility of ectopic pregnancy. If this medicine is used incorrectly for an ectopic pregnancy, it may lead to accidents such as bilateral fallopian tube rupture and capillary rupture. Only professional doctors can accurately grasp this complex situation. Therefore, relevant departments stipulate that mifepristone must be used under the guidance of a physician. If you buy and use it privately, it may harm women's health.

Therefore, taking mifepristone for abortion is safer, painless and less harmful, but it needs to be taken at a designated medical institution under the specific guidance of a doctor.
