In addition, after the amniotic fluid breaks with the feet first, the fetal umbilical cord may slip down from the gap beside the fetal feet at any time and cause umbilical cord prolapse. Therefore, you should always pay attention to the changes in the fetal heartbeat, and detect the fetal umbilical cord stress or umbilical cord prolapse as early as possible, and take corresponding measures.

Because delivery in foot position causes more problems than in single breech presentation and complete breech presentation, it is less favorable for delivery in pregnant women. It is still recommended that mothers follow the doctor's advice to avoid losing more than they gain. Complete breech presentation or mixed breech presentation is more common, with the fetus's hamstrings and kneecaps flexed, like sitting cross-legged, with the buttocks and feet as the presenting parts. Incomplete breech presentation is rare, with the baby presenting on one or both feet, one or both knees, or one foot and one knee. Single buttock presentation or straight leg presentation is more common, with the fetus's medullary joints flexed, the kneecaps straight, and the buttocks as the presenting part. The breech position of the fetus does not necessarily require a cesarean section. It should be comprehensively judged based on the size of the fetus, the way the first part is presented, and the size of the pregnant woman's pelvis.

The transverse position of the fetus mainly depends on the degree of distortion. If the transverse position of the fetus is mild, it can be corrected. If it can be corrected, you can naturally choose to give birth naturally. In fact, the transverse position of the fetus can be corrected as long as the fetus has not entered the pelvis.
