Milk tea machine review | No way, no way, there are still people who don’t know about milk tea machines

No way, no way, there won't be anyone who doesn't know about the milk tea machine.

Let's take a look at what a milk tea machine is. With it, you can make milk tea at home with milk, tea leaves and sugar.

This time the milk tea machine sample claims to have functions such as milk tea, scented tea, coffee, milk foam and stirring. Let’s try them one by one!

Many of the milk teas you buy in milk tea shops may not be made with milk, but with creamer, or non-dairy creamer.
The main ingredients of non-dairy creamer are hydrogenated vegetable oil, emulsifier and glucose syrup. Hydrogenated vegetable oil contains trans fat. Excessive intake can easily lead to weight gain, memory loss, coronary heart disease and other hazards.
Those who pay attention to health but cannot give up milk tea must have made milk tea at home - first use tea leaves to boil an appropriate amount of tea, then add milk and sugar. During the boiling process of the milk, the heat must be controlled to ensure that the milk does not boil (if the milk boils, the nutrients will be easily destroyed). Finally, filter out the tea leaves and pour out the milk tea that you have worked hard to make.
This sample of the milk tea machine claims that you can directly put milk and an appropriate amount of sugar into the machine, add tea leaves into the filter, select the milk tea mode, and wait for about 9 minutes.

During the milk tea brewing process, the machine will heat the milk to 85°C (if you want to drink it cold, you need to add ice cubes or refrigerate it after brewing) and stir it to ensure that the milk, tea and sugar are fully mixed. The milk tea we made according to the instructions looks like this.

After being stirred, the milk tea incorporates some air, so there is a little foam floating on the top. The taste is also more delicate than the usual homemade milk tea, but compared with the milk tea shop...

Based on the evaluation of all the tasters, we can conclude that the overall taste of the milk tea made by this milk tea machine sample is not as rich as that made in the milk tea shop, but it tastes better than the milk tea made directly with milk and tea.
Just for this cup of milk tea, you can go shopping!
In addition to milk tea, let’s try out scented tea, coffee, milk frothing and stirring functions one by one!

Brewing scented tea is a nice additional feature - you can brew enough for one person at a time, and after it's done you can drink it directly from the cup instead of pouring it into another cup.

Can the coffee function of the milk tea machine grind coffee beans?
No! In fact, its "coffee function" is to brew coffee powder, that is, instant coffee.
Put water (no hot water required) and instant coffee in, the machine can heat and stir directly.

But there is no difference in taste between the instant coffee made and the one you brew yourself. Instant coffee is still instant coffee. It is impossible for the milk tea machine to secretly add ingredients to us!
Compared with hand brewing, its convenience lies in that we can quickly have hot instant coffee without hot water.

After making milk tea or coffee, add some milk foam and you can easily get a cup of milk tea/cappuccino with milk foam.

After we tried using it to make milk foam, we gave this feature a high thumbs up.

No need to beat manually/hold the egg beater by hand, no need to heat the milk in advance (it will automatically heat to 65℃), and the milk foam is fine enough (you can repeat the operation if you want it to be finer), it is great for making milk foam (reappearing the weirdness)!

Stirring, as the name suggests, is to put instant soy milk powder/sesame paste/granules, etc. and water into it and stir (the stirring function does not have a heating step, and water of appropriate temperature needs to be added)
Take the soy milk powder we tried for example. It can be stirred more evenly (even making foam). You know, making soy milk powder is a technical job. If you don't stir it vigorously when adding water, the soy milk powder will often clump.

But some people think that in order to mix evenly, they need to add soy milk powder and water into the machine first, pour them out after mixing, and finally wash the machine and cup. This is an overreaction and too troublesome.

Some people also think that they can use it as a cup, drink directly after stirring, and only need to wash one cup (no need to wash the spoon), which is also very convenient.
Everyone has their own preferences, hehe!
