When is the menstrual period on the 14th dangerous period?

There are many things that women need to pay attention to during the menstrual period. I don't know how much control you female friends have over your physical hygiene. But today I want to discuss with you female friends: how many days after the end of the menstrual period is the safe period for pregnancy? This is one of the most frequently asked questions I have received recently. In fact, it also shows that girls still don't have enough control over their own physical hygiene. So what is the actual situation? Please follow the editor's steps to understand it together.

How many days after the menstrual period is the dangerous period for pregnancy?

Because everyone's menstrual cycle is different, the answer to how many days after menstruation is the ovulation period will also be different. However, girls can calculate their ovulation period according to this formula:

1. For women with relatively stable menstrual periods: The ovulation period is generally the 14th day before the next menstrual period. The 5 days before this day, including this day and the 4 days after this day, are called the ovulation period. In other words, the ovulation period of ordinary women is ten days.

2. If the menstrual cycle is unstable, the ovulation period can be calculated in this way: the first day of ovulation = the shortest menstrual cycle minus 18 days, the last day of ovulation = the longest menstrual cycle minus 11 days. The calculation method is to use the first day of menarche as the reference point and count the days backwards.

If your menstrual cycle is regular, the calculation method of ovulation is:

Starting from the first day of the next menarche, the last 14 days or minus 14 days is the ovulation period. The ovulation period plus the first 5 days and the last 4 days are called the ovulation period.

If menstruation is irregular, the ovulation period calculation formula is:

The first day of ovulation = the number of days in the shortest menstrual cycle minus 18 days;

The last day of ovulation = the number of days in the maximum menstrual cycle minus 11 days.

For example, the shortest menstrual period is 28 days and the longest is 37 days. You need to subtract 18 from the shortest regular period (28-18=10) and 11 from the longest regular period (37-11=26). It is not difficult to see that the ovulation period is from the 10th to the 26th day after the menstrual period.
