How to make baby wonton filling

Step 1: Prepare the stuffing. Puree the lean meat, add shrimp paste, a little soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sesame oil, and finely chopped green onions, and mix well. Puree the carrots and mushrooms in a blender and mix with the prepared meat stuffing. If you want the stuffing to be tender and fall apart at the first bite, the method is very simple. Add an egg to the stuffing, one bowl of stuffing, and mix well. The cooked meat stuffing will be tender and fall apart at the first touch with a spoon, which is very convenient for babies to eat.

Step 2: Wrap wontons. Wontons are usually divided into four types according to different wrapping methods and shapes: official hat style, pillow style, umbrella cover style, and chao shou style. This is up to mothers to choose.

Step 3: After the water boils, put the wontons into the pot. When they are almost cooked, sprinkle in the cleaned seaweed, chopped dried shrimps and chopped cucumber. If you like the aroma of onions, you can also add chopped onions.

Step 4: After serving, add a drop of sesame oil for seasoning.

How old can babies eat wontons?

Babies can eat wontons after 8 months, but you must pay attention to the wonton filling at this time and put less seasoning. The wonton filling for babies should preferably be a balanced combination of meat and vegetables. For meat, it is best to choose chicken or pork. Chicken is more tender, and pork is more in line with the physique of Chinese babies and meets the needs of the body. Vegetables can be added with mushrooms, fungus and carrots, and some seafood can also be added. The baby wonton filling introduced here adds some dried shrimps. The meat and vegetables are selected well, but the ratio of the amount is the best. It is best to have less meat and more vegetables. Vegetables are rich in vitamins and many other nutrients, which are very in line with the needs of baby growth.
