What is an interface agent?

1. Dry environment: The construction environment must be dry, the relative humidity should be less than 70%, and the ventilation should be good. The temperature of the base surface and the environment should not be lower than 5℃.

2. Clean the wall: remove peeling and loose parts of the wall, fill it with cement mortar, scrape away the remaining ash, and then sweep the wall clean.

3. Treatment of existing cracks: Use a putty knife to cut the cracks as deep as possible and fill them with caulking plaster. Be sure to fill them thoroughly and evenly. Then use kraft paper to cover the cracked areas, and then apply putty or other processing techniques after drying.

4. Mixing: Cement: sand: interface agent = 1:2:0.5 ratio and stir evenly. Use electric equipment to stir until it becomes a uniform slurry.

5. Painting and drying: Use a roller or brush to apply the slurry to the base surface, making sure no part is left unpainted, and then let the painted surface dry for about 12 hours.

6. Maintenance and protection of finished products: Ventilation must be strengthened and natural maintenance is sufficient. Subsequent processes can only be carried out after the slurry is completely dry and the base surface is confirmed to be completely sealed.

7. Cleaning of tools: Solidified slurry is difficult to remove. After using the tools, they should be cleaned with water as soon as possible.
