Material:

Half a soft taro (about 0.5kg), about 100g tapioca pearls, some milk or condensed milk, some sugar or rock sugar

5. When the tapioca pearls become very thick, pour out the water, then add new cold water and continue cooking.

6. When only small white dots are left in the pot, you can turn off the heat, but continue to simmer for a while.
