Secretions are liquids discharged from the private parts. Normal leucorrhea is odorless. So what disease is it if the vulva is red and swollen and has dreg-like leucorrhea? The secretion is like tofu dregs of leucorrhea, or the secretion is like small residues of skin water. This kind of situation is caused by fungal infection. Let's take a look at these aspects. It is often accompanied by vulvar itching; you may have candidal vaginitis. Mycotic vaginitis (monilialormycoticvaginitis) is caused by fungal infection. Its morbidity is higher than that of candidal vaginitis. In medicine, fungal infection is called Trichomonas infection, so fungal vaginitis, also known as Trichomonas vaginitis, is common in women, pregnant women, diabetics, and postmenopausal patients who have been treated with large amounts of estrogen. The most common symptoms of candidal vaginitis are vulvar itching and a significant increase in secretions. This disease is caused by Candida albicans, a bacterium that exists in the human epidermis and ducts, such as the mouth, duodenum, and vagina. Under normal circumstances, even if this type of bacteria exists in the vagina, it will not cause symptoms. It will only occur when it multiplies in large quantities. When the disease occurs, the main symptoms are vulvar itching, a burning sensation in the vagina, and a leucorrhea-like discharge. The patient's itching symptoms are sometimes mild and sometimes severe, and sometimes occur and sometimes stop. The vulvar itching caused by candidal vaginitis is generally more significant than that caused by candidal vaginitis. The itching is severe and the patient may feel uneasy and have no appetite. Patients may also experience vaginal burning pain, which is particularly noticeable when urinating. When the inflammation is severe, frequent urination, urgency, pain during urination, and pain during sexual intercourse may also occur. Leucorrhea is another clinical symptom of the disease. The discharge is usually thick and white or yellow in color, but it may also be thinner. The typical discharge of candidal vaginitis is like tofu dregs of leucorrhea or small lumps of curd. Gynecological examination revealed: Depending on the severity of the disease, there were varying degrees of hematoma and edema in the labia minora and vaginal mucosa. The female vagina has a lot of thick secretions or the vaginal mucosa is covered with a white film. After wiping off the white film, it can be seen that the exposed mucosa is swollen and eroded or has superficial ulcers. Vulvar itching and leucorrhea are typical symptoms of vaginitis. If the fungus is not treated in time, it can also cause balanitis. The treatment of candidal vaginitis in single women is indeed a bit complicated. How to treat vulvar itching and leucorrhea? For single women, gynecologists cannot check the inflammatory properties of the vaginal mucosa, nor can they put special medicines into the shallow layer of the vagina to eliminate fungi. They can only use Chinese medicine fumigation and apply some clotrimazole ointment inside and outside the vagina. But that will only make it impossible to eradicate it. |
