Is wine still good after dealcoholization?

Dealcoholized wine is a type of wine that has had the alcohol separated from the process. If the alcohol content in the wine does not exceed 1.2%, it is considered to be alcohol-free. In the United States and the United Kingdom, this type of wine generally has an alcohol content of less than 0.5% and is considered to be alcohol-free. my country does not have clear regulations on the alcohol content of dealcoholized wine, but the default is 0.5%. Therefore, dealcoholized wine does not mean "zero alcohol", but only a low alcohol content and is classified as "alcohol-free".

Although it is not as alcoholic as regular wine, it still contains the polyphenols that regular wine has. Compared with regular wine, dealcoholized wine also has lower antioxidant capacity, but dealcoholized wine still has some benefits that regular wine cannot achieve, such as lower calories, about one-quarter to one-third of the same amount of regular wine. The correct way to drink wine
