2. Squat: Hold the edge of the bed with both hands, keep your legs together, and squat 5-15 times, several times a day, which will help the uterus contract.

3. Patients with chest-knee disorder should kneel on the bed first, then press their chest against the surface of the bed as close as possible, with their thighs perpendicular to the plane of the bed. Kneel for 15 minutes each time, twice a day, until the position of the uterus is corrected to the anterior position. It also treats chronic diseases such as cough and constipation. Menopausal women are given nialstradiol or other estrogen therapy. You also need to strengthen your nutrition and improve your physical fitness.

4. Physical therapy can also treat mild uterine prolapse. For example, levator ani muscle exercises, contracting the anus forcefully, for about 10 minutes each time, several times a day. The first exercise should be done before getting up. However, for patients with obvious symptoms, surgical treatment is recommended.

Don’t think that you should not exercise after giving birth.
