3. Cleaning and steaming

Select sweet potatoes that are free of disease spots, insect pests and have a regular shape, wash them with water, and then steam them after thorough cleaning. You can make a small amount of dried sweet potatoes at home by steaming or processing them in a microwave.

4. Slice and dry
