Why do high beams shine upwards?

It is generally difficult to achieve the normal irradiation angle of the high beam by adjusting the light height adjustment knob on the car dashboard, because the light height adjustment knob on the dashboard only fine-tunes the light height. It is necessary to adjust the light height adjustment screw to achieve the normal irradiation angle of the high beam.

How to lower the high beam if it is too high?

Open the hood of the car, and we will usually find several holes just above the headlights. Through the holes, we will see a screw with a hexagonal shape and made of plastic. This screw is the adjustment screw that controls the height and left and right direction of the light. The installation position of the light height adjustment screw of different models is also different. Some are behind the headlights, and some are on the surface just above the headlights. Their commonality is that they are easy to distinguish.

We can use the hexagonal tool to rotate and adjust it to change the angle of the light. It can restore the normal angle of light. It should be noted that when adjusting the light adjustment screw, it is necessary to distinguish whether the adjustment screw is for adjusting the left and right direction or the up and down angle.

When adjusting the height of the light, we can choose a flat ground, a wide field of vision, and a place without interference from other light sources, and observe the changes in the light angle at any time during the adjustment process. Why can't the car lights illuminate the road?

1) The original halogen lamp is not so bright, and the aging of the lamp bowl or the transparent lamp shell filters out part of the light! So you can't see the light on the road!

2) Replace the original halogen lamp with LED or xenon lamp, because LED and xenon lamps have different light focusing, which results in the light not reaching the road surface!
