What should I do if I easily get angry and don’t have my period?

1. Drink lotus seed soup to relieve heart fire

Symptoms: There are two types of heat: excess and deficiency. Deficiency heat is mainly manifested by low fever, night sweats, irritability, dry mouth and tongue, etc.; excess fire is mainly manifested by recurrent oral ulcers, dry mouth and tongue, red and yellow urine, irritability, etc.

Diet therapy: 30 grams of lotus seeds (without removing the lotus core), 15 grams of cassia seeds (wrapped with gauze), add appropriate amount of old rock sugar, decoct in water, eat lotus seeds and drink porridge.

2. Eating beef liver can relieve lung heat

Symptoms: dry cough without sputum or little and sticky sputum, night sweats, hot hands and feet, insomnia, and red tongue.

Diet therapy: 1 serving of beef liver, 30 grams of yellow chrysanthemum (wrapped in gauze), cook until the liver is cooked, eat the liver and drink porridge.

3. Drink millet porridge to relieve stomach fire

Symptoms: There are two types of deficiency and excess heat. Deficiency heat is mainly manifested by mild cough, small amount of food, constipation, abdominal distension, red tongue, and little coating; excess fire is mainly manifested by upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, bitter mouth, bad breath, and dry and hard stools.

Diet therapy: 30 grams of caulking gypsum, appropriate amounts of rice and mung beans. First, boil the cooked gypsum with tap water, then filter out the residue, take the fermented liquid, and then add rice and mung beans to cook porridge.

4. Drink pear juice to clear liver fire

Symptoms: Headache, dizziness, tinnitus, dry eyes, bitter taste in the mouth, bad breath, and pain in the ribs.

Diet therapy: Mash 10 grams of Fritillaria cirrhosa into powder, peel and slice 2 pears, add appropriate amount of old rock sugar, and stew with appropriate amount of cold water.

5. Eat pig stomach to reduce kidney fire

Symptoms: dizziness, deafness, tinnitus, back pain, night sweats, and restlessness.

Diet therapy: 2 pig stomachs, 15 grams each of wolfberry and cornus fruit, put them into a stone pot and cook until the pig kidneys are cooked, eat the pig kidneys and drink porridge.
