What should pregnant women with premature placenta avoid eating?

The embryo is an organ composed of the uterine wall and related embryonic tissue that appears before the fetus is born. The embryo continues to grow and develop with the development of the fetus, and is basically matured together with the fetus, and then expelled from the body with the birth of the pregnant woman. However, some embryos will not mature. If the fetus is immature, pregnant women must be very careful, especially pay attention to diet. So, what should pregnant women avoid eating when their embryos are maturing?

If the B-ultrasound shows that the maturity of the placenta is inconsistent with the weeks of pregnancy and there is a tendency to aging, you should pay attention to your diet. Try to avoid or not take calcium tablets for pregnant women. Foods high in calcium such as milk, eggs, and lean meat should be consumed in moderation and not unlimitedly. If you are eating baby formula, try to eat less. If the embryo is prematurely frail, and if there are symptoms such as delayed intrauterine language development, intrauterine hypoxia, and low amniotic fluid, regular follow-up ultrasound examinations should be conducted during pregnancy to monitor the growth and development of the embryo and fetus, and hospitalization and medication treatment may be required if necessary.

On the one hand, embryonic maturation will reduce the amount of blood injection, thereby reducing the oxygen and nutrients for the fetus, affecting the development of the fetus; on the other hand, embryonic maturation can cause placental abruption and cause premature birth or intrauterine distress of the premature fetus, and suffocate and die due to lack of oxygen. The current maturity of the embryo needs to be combined with the actual weeks of pregnancy. If the current weeks of pregnancy are close to 37 weeks, a caesarean section should be performed immediately at 37 weeks to deliver the baby to avoid adverse effects.

If the current distance to 37 weeks is still far, consider hospitalization for observation and oxygen therapy. Closely observe the fetal heartbeat and fetal movement. If any abnormality is found, emergency symptomatic treatment should be taken to deliver the baby. The baby has not yet reached full term. After being delivered, it needs to be placed in an incubator and will not be taken out until all its internal organs are fully developed.
