How to get to the Ruins of St. Paul's in Macau Macau Attractions Route Day Tour

Macau is one of my country's special administrative regions. Due to historical reasons, there are many distinctive buildings, such as the Ruins of St. Paul's, which are worth visiting. With the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, it is very convenient to spend a day there. So how can Macau go to the Ruins of St. Paul's?

How to get to the Ruins of St. Paul's in Macau

The internal transportation in Macau is almost all bus + taxi

If you take the bus, remember to prepare cash. The bus costs 6 Australian dollars per trip, so remember to have some extra change.

You can't just hail a taxi on the street in Macau. There are fixed stops, so remember to go to the stop to hail a taxi. The fare is more expensive than in China. You can generally pay with WeChat and Alipay in Macau, so it doesn't matter if you don't have Australian dollars.

If going from Taipa Island to the Ruins of St. Paul's:

1️, first go to Studio City and take the Fortune Car to City of Dreams, then take the Emperor Car in the basement

2️, or go to the Galaxy to take the fortune car

Macau Attractions Day Tour

The main tourist attractions in Macau are the Macau Peninsula and Taipa Island.

Taipa Island: Studio City, Parisian, Venetian, Guanye Street, etc. (Most of the new casinos in Macau are on Taipa Island)

Macau Peninsula: New Yaohan, Ruins of St. Paul's, Sneakers Street

One-day tour route: Ruins of St. Paul's→New Yaohan→The Venetian→The Parisian→Guanye Street

After crossing the border, take the Lisboa or Emperor's Fortune Bus, and then navigate to the Ruins of St. Paul's, passing by Senate Square, Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Love Lane, and the Fortress of Rome. You can try beef and pork jerky for free along the way to the Ruins of St. Paul's.

Go to The Venetian and take the Fortune Bus. For Emperor Casino, take the Fortune Bus at Grand Lisboa and get on the bus at the second queue position. You can also take the Fortune Bus at Grand Lisboa to Taipa Pier and then transfer to the bus to The Venetian.

The Venetian also has duty-free shops, major brand counters, Sasa, and Mannings. The Grand Canal floor can be reached through the Parisian. It is recommended to visit the Venetian first and then go to the Parisian.

Taipa Island back to the border gate: It is recommended to take the fortune car at Galaxy. There are least people on the left side when you come out of the hotel main entrance.

Macau Peninsula back to Guanzha: You need to get the shuttle bus ticket at the counter on the 4th floor of Grand Lisboa and the counter on the 2nd floor of Emperor Entertainment Group (each person can only get two bus tickets). There are few people and many cars at the 16th Ponte Hotel.

If you want to take the fortune bus back to Guanzha, you must arrive 1.5 to 2 hours in advance.

Places to visit in Macau for kids

Guanye Street

You have to queue up for almost all the delicious food, the roads are narrow and crowded, so it is not recommended to bring babies under three years old to play here.

Fisherman's Wharf

A classic among the crowds, it is very beautiful to take pictures. Put a beautiful little skirt on the baby and take pictures. There is a little train inside.

The Venetian Resort

A must-visit place when visiting Macau. There is a huge Christmas tree at the entrance, and there is a light show at night, which is super fun with music. I strongly recommend taking your kids on a gondola cruise, and taking photos together is awesome!

Wynn Palace Aerial Cable Car

Free of charge, until 11pm, with the Wynn Palace's large musical fountain. The whole journey takes less than five minutes and can accommodate strollers. One carriage can accommodate about 6 people. It is a means of transportation.
