How do you clean the pan after cooking? How do you remove the black spots on the pan after it is burnt?

We all know that when many people cook at home, they will find that the bottom of the pot is dirty, with black stains or other dirt, which needs to be cleaned in time. There are certain requirements for cleaning the cooking pan, so how to clean the pan after cooking? Let's take a closer look!

How to clean the pan after cooking

Because ingredients and cooking requirements are different, two types of pans are generally needed for cooking: a non-stick frying pan and an iron pan.

1. Non-stick pan

The emergence of non-stick pans has brought benefits to people who need to control oil and lose weight. Because of its powerful non-stick coating, even without oil, all ingredients will not stick to the pan when cooking. For example, eggs, tofu, meat and other ingredients that are 100% sticky when cooked in an iron pan. If you use a non-stick pan to cook, you don’t need to add extra cooking oil, and you can also ensure the integrity of the ingredients and the appearance of the dishes, so as to achieve both nutrition and health. Non-stick pans are also very easy to clean. If you don’t put seasoning in the pot during the cooking process (such as making omelets, fried eggs...), and the pot is not dirty, then you only need to wipe the inside of the pot gently with a wet rag, and then hang the pot up; if you make dishes such as Mapo tofu and fried meat, and make the inside and outside of the pot dirty, then face the pot to the running hot water, wipe the inside and outside with a rag, wash the stains, and then wipe the water inside and outside the pot with a dry rag, and finally hang the pot up.

2. Iron pan

Regardless of whether there is a non-stick pan at home, an iron pan is still a must-have kitchen utensil for every family. You can’t cook dishes that require long stewing or high-heat stir-frying without an iron pan. For example, the traditional method of braised pork requires half an hour of stewing, and the color of soy sauce mixed with other seasonings adheres to the pan. Sometimes it dries up and even a spatula can’t scrape it off. For stains that have dried but are difficult to remove, you can add more water to the iron pan, boil it over high heat, soften the stains first, then brush it vigorously with a steel wool, then rinse it with water, and finally wipe the water inside and outside the pan with a dry rag. You can place it flat or hang it.

2. White vinegar or tea

After boiling, let the pot stand for about five minutes, or wait for the water to cool down. At this time, you will find that the burnt part will fall off from the pot in one piece, and finally just clean it.

3. Beer + Liquor

Pour a small amount of liquor and beer into the pot and mix with a small amount of water in a ratio of 1:1:0.5. Cover the pot and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

4. Salt

Kitchen cooking tips

1. When cooking, you can first use a non-stick pan to fry the ingredients that are easy to stick to the pan; then use an iron pan to fry the ingredients that are not easy to stick to the pan (such as cauliflower, cabbage, beans...); finally, pour the vegetables fried in the non-stick pan into the iron pan and mix them well. This way, you can enjoy the deliciousness of the iron pan fried food and the iron pan is also easier to clean.

2. Non-stick pans are especially suitable for making healthy version of egg fried rice, as they use less oil and are easy to clean.
