Seven months pregnant, little and weak fetal movement

Fetal movement is a major indicator for many people to consider whether the fetus is healthy. If a person finds that the fetus's fetal movement is less during pregnancy, it will also cause everyone to be highly anxious. If the pregnancy has already been 7 months, and the fetal movement is still very mild, does it mean that the child is not fully developed?

Fetal movement is a major indicator of the fetal health, so in the late pregnancy, the hospital will require pregnant women to go to the hospital regularly every day for fetal heart monitoring, which is also an important way to monitor the physical condition of the fetus. If you are already 7 months pregnant, the fetal heartbeat has also become an important item to monitor. If a person is 7 months pregnant and finds that the fetus moves lightly, the first thing to do is to determine whether the results of the fetal heart monitoring are normal. If the results of the fetal heart monitoring are normal, parents do not need to be too anxious.

Under normal circumstances, fetal heart rate monitoring can accurately reflect the condition of the fetus. Therefore, if you find that the fetus has less fetal movement, you should go to the hospital for a direct fetal heartbeat monitoring. If the fetal heartbeat monitoring is not clear, you need to use B-ultrasound to determine the depth of the amniotic fluid of the fetus, and whether the fetus will have urgent oxygen deficiency in the mother's belly.

There is also a situation that will cause the fetus to have less fetal movement, that is, the pregnant woman herself does not like exercise, and her mood swings are not very large, so the fetus rarely has strong fetal movement. The frequency of fetal movement of each fetus will be different. Some fetuses like to swing around in the mother's abdomen since childhood, while some people have less fetal movement since childhood, which is also slightly related to the future personality.

In addition to observing the fetal movements, pregnant women should also learn to count the fetal movements at home. Generally, the fetal movements per hour should exceed 7 to 10 times to be considered as standard fetal movements. If the fetal movements per hour are less than this number, you should go to the hospital for a detailed examination. This is also a major guarantee of safety during pregnancy.
