Breast pain a few days before menstruation

In daily life, every woman has a menstrual period every month, which is also called a menstrual period. Many women are very disgusted with the arrival of menstruation, because many female friends are prone to menstrual cramps during menstruation, which makes them very painful and affects their work and life. However, this situation is unavoidable, and the condition of the menstrual period can also reflect one's health status. However, some women experience breast pain before their menstrual period. This condition almost bothers every woman and also affects their daily life. What is the cause? How many days does chest pain last before menstruation?

Breast pain is very common in the 3 to 5 days before menstruation. Because everyone's physical fitness is different, the condition and time of breast pain are also different.

Why do I have chest pain before my period?

1. Diet structure

With the continuous improvement of living standards, people's quality of life is becoming more and more rich and colorful, and the diet is also diversified. In addition, many women's nightlife culture is also relatively colorful and stimulating. Long-term nightlife culture will lead to eating midnight snacks and living a reversed day and night life. After a long time, staying up late and having poor sleep and rest will cause breast pain or tingling in women. The habit of eating late-night snacks for a long time is not good, and it will easily cause the body to gain weight. Moreover, over time it will cause endocrine imbalance, which is detrimental to physical and mental health.

2. Qi stagnation constitution

In fact, in traditional Chinese medicine, it is believed that many people experience breast pain before their menstrual period, which is mostly related to Qi stagnation. If a woman is depressed all day long, without getting angry or frowning, then she has Qi stagnation. Doing this often can easily damage the liver. We all know that the liver is mainly responsible for the body's transportation and metabolism. When the liver is damaged, these functions can not function normally, and the blood circulation will also be obstructed, causing various discomforts in the human body. Therefore, women are prone to breast pain or lower abdominal pain before their periods.

3. Lobular hyperplasia

If a female friend starts to experience intermittent swelling or pain in the chest a week before her period, it is likely due to lobular hyperplasia of the breast. Lobular hyperplasia is also a manifestation of poor breast structure, which will mainly cause breast pain, and the frequency of pain is not high. Therefore, if female friends often experience breast pain or tingling before their period, it is best to go to the hospital for a check-up to see what causes it.
